Mo Smaidi

Head of Finance

Mo Smaidi is a seasoned finance executive with over 20 years experience in driving strategy, growth, and profitability across both privately-owned and Fortune 500 companies across a broad range of industries. While previously serving as VP of Finance at Thomson Reuters, Mo started his career in management consulting working for PricewaterhouseCoopers before moving on to work for building materials maker Owens Corning, solar technology startup firm First Solar, and a private equity owned environmental services company A-Gas (a portfolio company of KKR). He also has extensive experience in international business.

Mo holds an MBA in Finance and Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems from Bowling Green State University. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling and fitness.  He currently resides in the Toledo, OH area with his wife and two daughters.
