Dan Werner is a seasoned business development executive with more than 25 years of experience in the BPO industry, driving revenue growth and building high-impact client partnerships across global markets. As Vice President of Business Development at FGC+, Dan leads new business strategy and expansion, helping organizations unlock scalable, people-powered solutions that strengthen operations and accelerate growth.

Born in South Africa, later living in Brussels, and now based in the United States for over four decades, Dan brings a truly international perspective to every client conversation. His global background shapes his ability to connect across cultures, navigate complex business environments, and identify opportunity in evolving markets.

Outside of work, Dan is an avid runner who thrives on challenge — regularly competing in races, marathons, and ultra-marathons. He resides in the U.S. with his wife of 29 years and is a proud father of two adult sons.
