Christine has been a part of Business Process Outsourcing for over 30 years, first in business operations and then Human Resources (HR). She spent most of her career leading employees in over 45 countries through transformational change, transitioning workforces into new companies, geographies, or working methods.

Christine earned bachelor’s degrees in Mathematics, Communications, and Theatre Arts from Heidelberg University.  Her MBA in Global Management is from the University of Phoenix, and she obtained her SPHR certification when she officially moved from business and client operations to a career in HR.  She is excited to bring her skills, energy, and experience to FGC+ to design an employee experience that supports everyone in being their best selves, igniting possibilities for success across employees, clients, and business.

In her spare time, Christine is a racer on the windsurfing circuit, holding National and World titles in Windsurfer LT and Kona One divisions and is currently on the board of directors for US Windsurfing. She enjoys living on Lake Lewisville in Dallas, TX with her partner Joe, two dogs, and a parrot.
