Responsible for answering all emails from vendors in a timely manner (Gmail)
Attaching invoices to Purchase Orders
Forward emails regarding price increases to the Purchasing Department
Process purchasing invoices using DellData or QuickBooks
Process freight invoices using DellData or QuickBooks (attach all documents to PO)
Distribute overhead invoices via Gmail or Asana
Prior experience in invoicing, purchasing, or equivalent is preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Good communication skills (verbal and written).
Experience in using QuickBooks, MS Excel, and/or Asana is a PLUS
