Senior Reports Analyst

Job Summary:

The Client Service Manager (CSM) will lead the client services function for FGC+ globally. Reporting to the VP of Client Services, this position is foundational to building and growing our client service capabilities. Supported by the Philippine-based Operations team, this role manages key client relationships, drives organic growth, and oversees contract negotiations and pricing strategies. We need a committed leader with a contagious will to win who can honor FGC+’s successful past while also leading it into the future.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Design, develop, and maintain dynamic reports and dashboards in Power BI, ensuring they meet business requirements and are user-friendly.
  • Utilize Power Query and DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) to create advanced calculations and data models that enhance reporting capabilities.

Process Automation

  • Leverage Power Automate to streamline business processes and improve efficiency through automation.
  • Create workflows and automated solutions integrating with SharePoint and other Microsoft applications.

SharePoint Management

  • Manage and optimize data stored in SharePoint, ensuring data integrity and accessibility for reporting purposes.
  • Develop and maintain SharePoint sites and lists to support data management and reporting functions.

Application Development

  • Utilize Power Apps to build custom applications that meet user needs and facilitate data entry and reporting.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into application functional specifications.

Scripting & Automation

  • Write and maintain Office Scripts to automate repetitive tasks in Excel and other Office applications, improving reporting processes and data handling.
  • Develop VBA scripts to enhance automation capabilities and streamline reporting tasks.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Work closely with business units to understand their reporting needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Provide training and support to team members and stakeholders on using reporting tools and best practices.

Education and Minimum Skill Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis and reporting, including at least 3 years of experience specifically with Power BI, Power Automate, SharePoint, Power Apps, and Office Scripts.
  • Proven experience in developing complex reports and dashboards using Power BI.
  • Experience in automating processes using Power Automate and Office Scripts.
  • Familiarity with data visualization best practices and design principles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience working with international clients and managing remote teams.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and project management tools.
