Sales Support Analyst

Job Summary:

The purpose of this role is to support Sunshine Advantage of NJ achieve its objectives by attracting and engaging people to apply in the organization. This person will build positive impression of the recruitment process and will be responsible to recruit the right people who will fit in to the culture and goals of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Check different contracts for each item from websites
  • Do spend analysis to align customers and contracts
  • Establish vendor relations
  • Enter, collate and organize data into the systems
  • Evaluate and modify data, including forecasts from representatives, districts, regions, and the organization.
  • Process RFI responses
  • Affiliation and membership document processing
  • Assist sales representatives when onboarding new members and providing necessary support and guidance
  • Address inquiries from sales representatives regarding case status, contract terms, and general information
  • Resolve issues related to accounts activation, pricing, and terms
  • Consolidate data from multiple Sales Support Analysts into a centralized daily bulk upload file
  • Update reports tracker
  • Ad hoc tasks

Education and Minimum Skill Requirements:

  • At least senior high school graduate
  • Multitasking in a fast paced environment.
  • Comfortable managing large data entry projects
  • Must be proficient in all Microsoft applications
  • Should know advance excel formulas like formatting formulas, pivot tables and Vlook up functions
  • Internet savvy
  • Knows filling out forms in an online platform
  • Exemplary communication skills – spoken and written
  • Experience doing pricing analysis helpful but not required
