Job Summary:
The NOC Technician plays a crucial role in maintaining the availability and performance of IT systems by providing overnight monitoring and first-line response to alerts and incidents. This role is essential in detecting, troubleshooting, and resolving system issues promptly, ensuring uninterrupted services and minimizing downtime.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain the IT infrastructure, ensuring its availability and performance.
- Provide first-line response to system alerts and incidents to minimize impact on operations.
- Assist with routine maintenance tasks and support backend IT processes.
- Collaborate with senior technical teams to resolve complex issues
Education and Minimum Skill Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in IT operations, technical support, or in a 24/7 NOC environment
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve basic to moderate technical issues independently.
- Experience with IT monitoring tools and ticketing systems is essential
