Key Responsibilities:
- Monitors and tracks agents’ productivity
- Maintains and coaches agents in delivering Quality transactions
- Checks daily attendance and daily reports of all the assigned Pros under his/her supervision
- Practice and carry out operational standards to manage overall team performance and attrition rate
- Client relations – communicate and coordinate with the client regularly
Education and Skill Requirements:
- 1-2 years as a Team Leader in a Healthcare account with billing experience for providers
- With SNF and PCC experience
- Must have an excellent English Communication Skills
- Demonstrate strong problem handling and analytical skills
- Demonstrate an ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Must have high tolerance for stress
- Organizational skills and ability to multi-task
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Willing to work night shifts and on-site
