Job Summary:
The Logistics Outreach Support Specialist will be crucial in expanding the client’s business network of partnerships with companies and carriers. This position involves managing incoming emails from potential partners, conducting research, qualifying leads, and facilitating initial outreach efforts. The primary responsibilities will include negotiating contracts, assessing leads, and maintaining organized records through Excel sheets. This is a support role, working closely with onshore counterparts to ensure the smooth progression of high-level tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Email Management:
- Receive and review incoming partnership inquiries.
- Efficiently process and forward relevant details to appropriate teams.
- Outreach and Communication:
- Initiate contact with potential partners via phone and email.
- Qualify and assess the suitability of partners for the business.
- Communicate the company’s value proposition and requirements.
- Contract Negotiation:
- Engage in negotiations for mutually beneficial contracts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure contractual alignment.
- Data Management:
- Maintain Excel sheets to track outreach efforts and lead status (dashboard).
- Provide regular transparent progress reports.
- Lead Qualification:
- Conduct initial assessments of potential leads.
- Escalate qualified leads to onshore counterparts.
- Productivity Targets:
- Collaborate on setting and refining productivity goals.
- Align with OM and Operations Leads for continuous improvement
Education and Minimum Skill Requirements:
- 6 months to 1 year of basic experience in outreach or logistics.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work with moderate supervision.
- Willingness to learn and contribute to team goals.
- Proficient in English, spoken and written.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
