Job Summary:
We are currently looking for an HR Payroll Specialist to support our HR shared services department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Computation and Processing of Salary and Wages
- Computation and Processing Employee-Employer Share for the Statutory Benefits
- Pay Dispute Resolution
- Sending Salary Payslips
- Computation and Payment of Leaves, Bonuses, Incentives, Exit Pay
- Employee Taxation
- Compensation and Benefits Reporting
Education and Minimum Skill Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or any related field
- Must have a solid background in handling payroll for atleast 2 years
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite such as Excel
- Proficiency in using Payroll software
- Amenable to work on-site and on graveyard/afternoon shift
