Job Summary:
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for taking calls with donors regaling pick-ups, tax receipt, and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Takes inbound donation and inquiry calls.
- Does outbound calls/ emails/texts for donation follow-ups.
- Schedules pick-ups between Towers and Donors.
- Engages in customer service/ offers assistance for existing Donors (eg. send tax receipts/vacation vouchers, update accounts, etc).
Education and Skill Requirements:
- Preferably with Bachelor’s Degree or any related degree but not required
- Has BPO experience with sales 3-5 year experience in sales
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- With sales background
