Job Summary:
The Curriculum Designer is responsible for creating engaging and effective digital learning content, including eLearning modules, job aids, and interactive training materials using tools like Articulate 360, RISE 360, Vyond, and AI platforms. The role applies instructional design frameworks (e.g., ADDIE, Bloom’s Taxonomy) to align with learning objectives and performance goals. This position also manages content in the LMS, ensures SCORM/xAPI compliance, and uses learner feedback to continuously enhance curriculum effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy interactive eLearning courses, job aids, and digital training materials using tools such as Articulate 360, RISE 360, Vyond, Animaker, and other related and relevant tools
- Integrate AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Synthesia, or similar) to enhance content development, automate tasks, and personalize learner experiences
- Apply instructional design frameworks (ADDIE, SAM, Bloom’s Taxonomy) to ensure alignment with training objectives and measurable outcomes
- Organize and update content within the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring SCORM/xAPI compliance
- Conduct needs assessments, pilot tests, and post-training evaluations to continuously improve curriculum effectiveness
Education and Skill Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience developing eLearning content or corporate training materials
- Strong hands-on experience with Articulate 360 (Storyline & Rise), Vyond, Animaker, and graphic design tools like Canva
- Experience using AI platforms for content generation, voiceovers, or video production
- Familiarity with LMS platforms and understanding of SCORM/xAPI standard
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and project management skills Nice to Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communication, or a related field
- Experience in BPO, customer service, or high-performance operations environments
- Basic HTML/CSS or familiarity with LMS integration
- Learning analytics or data interpretation skills
