Job Summary:
As a CRM Administrator & Revenue Operations Associate you will take the lead transforming our CRM processes and driving impactful revenue operations. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our company’s success—enhancing our CRM, improving workflows, and implementing innovative strategies to boost KPIs and fuel our growth. As a key player in the business, you’ll take ownership of HubSpot (and other integrated platforms), working closely with cross-functional teams to refine CRM processes, optimize our website, and streamline data analytics. You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring data integrity and providing key insights across the entire revenue lifecycle—from lead generation and customer onboarding to account management and revenue recognition.
Key Responsibilities:
HubSpot System Configuration & Administration:
- HubSpot Expertise: Be the go-to expert on HubSpot’s technical and functional capabilities, ensuring the platform is configured to meet business needs.
- Account Management: Act as the account manager for HubSpot, responsible for all new user setups, deactivation, and managing data transfers for deactivated users.
- System Administration: Administer and configure HubSpot to align with business requirements, including properties, workflows, and process automation.
- Sales, Marketing & Service Process Integration: Implement and maintain Sales, Marketing, and Service processes within HubSpot, ensuring data integrity and optimal performance across the Sales Hub, Service Hub, Marketing Hub, and Operations Hub.
- System Documentation & Policy Maintenance: Keep HubSpot system documentation, policies, and procedures updated to ensure consistency and compliance.
Support & Collaboration:
- Business & User Support: Support the day-to-day running of HubSpot by collaborating with business users and technology partners to resolve issues and maintain a smooth CRM environment.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to unify data and ensure the CRM system supports all business functions.
- Marketing Support: Assist the Marketing team with mailing lists, campaign automation, and ensuring HubSpot is fully leveraged for marketing activities.
Data Management & Reporting:
- Data Management: Manage data imports and exports, ensuring data cleansing, deduplication, and migration efforts are handled smoothly.
- Reporting & Dashboards: Create and maintain custom reports and dashboards, providing actionable insights to stakeholders to improve decision-making and track KPIs.
Continuous Improvement & Strategic Analysis:
- Business Needs Understanding: Develop a deep understanding of business needs by fostering relationships across different business units and acting as a liaison between departments.
- System Evaluation: Regularly review and analyze the effectiveness of existing systems and applications, suggesting and implementing strategies for optimization and further utilization of HubSpot.
- Stay Current with HubSpot Updates: Keep up to date with new HubSpot features, releases, and best practices, ensuring the system continues to evolve and improve with business needs.
Education and Skill Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in Revenue Operations with HubSpot administration responsibilities.
- HubSpot Sales, Marketing, and Service experience.
- HubSpot Administrator certification (Administrator, Advanced Administrator, or other relevant certifications) preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to adapt to a changing environment, including personal flexibility in day-to-day work.
- Ability to work independently and has a positive attitude
- Proficiency in data analytics (preferred)
- Proficiency in implementing and connecting APIs for HubSpot and other platforms to enable seamless data flow and integration across systems (strong plus)
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and Excel. (strong plus)
- Familiarity with SQL or other data manipulation languages is a plus.
