Assistant Project Manager

Job Summary:

We are excited to invite a dynamic and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to join our growing team! As part of the project management team, you’ll play a key role in drafting, coordinating orders, managing documents, and ensuring projects stay on track and meet deadlines. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Project Manager in submitting samples, specifications, and shop drawings to clients for approval.
  • Draft kitchen, bathroom, and other cabinet shop drawings based on architectural plans using AutoCAD.
  • Coordinate with factories to place orders and ensure manufacturing processes align with specifications.
  • Manage paperwork, documentation, and various administrative tasks to support the Project Manager.
  • Monitor project timelines, schedules, and deliverables to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Provide general administrative and organizational support to the Project Manager.

Education and Skill Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within the cabinetry or millwork industry.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant drafting software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Solid experience and knowledge of kitchen cabinets and millwork.
  • Familiarity with drafting techniques and AutoCAD software.
  • Strong organizational, coordination, and multitasking abilities.
  • Proven ability to manage projects, schedules, and client relationships effectively.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a track record of minimal errors in task completion.
