Our comprehensive data security policies keep our clients’ data and information safe and secure. All clients, vendors, FGC+, and our employees are required to sign a legal non-disclosure agreement that protects all parties from data misuse. Legal action will be taken in the unlikely event of a breach of contract.

HIPAA-Compliant
We have dedicated areas across our sites that are HIPAA-compliant. FGC+ is a HIPAA-compliant Business Associate that allows us to process protected health information on behalf of our clients (Covered Entities). Annual audits are conducted to assess administrative, technical, and physical gaps in compliance according to HIPAA Privacy and Security Standards. Our policies, procedures, and employee training programs are regularly updated as per HIPAA regulatory standards.

FGC+ prioritizes keeping your data safe. The security measures we employ include: setting-up an enterprise firewall and endpoint security protection, encrypting all workstations, and keeping patches and backups updated. We also have the tech specialists and systems engineers on our in-house IT Team who available on-site, around the clock to quickly resolve any issues that may arise.
To mitigate disruptions in daily operations, we have two leased line connections (to ensure constant uptime) and generator backup + UPS system (in case of power outages).
For bigger emergencies, we have a Business Continuity Process Plan in place that has proven to be efficient and effective, especially in the face of the recent pandemic. Our Internal Control and Compliance Team has outlined specific recovery and emergency response plans. Because our delivery centers are in different locations, we can securely house data off-site and employ other solutions like alternate site/remote work set-up with stringent Performance Monitoring Guidelines and Remote Work Management.
