Since 2011, FGC+ has become a trusted partner in providing dedicated outsourced teams, supporting industries like healthcare, finance, real estate, e-commerce, and customer service. What started as a single production center has grown into a dynamic organization built on consistency, reliability, and long-term partnerships.
A Glimpse at Our Story
The FGC+ we know today wasn’t built overnight. It’s the result of 15 years of continuous improvement — and this is only the beginning of the story. Here’s a look at some of the milestones that shaped who we are today.
2011: FGC+ was established as Focusinc Group of Companies by our CEO and founder, Moshe Greenfeld. From New York to the Philippines, we opened our first service center in Davao City.
2013: Operations were expanded with a second service center in Lopue’s East Center, Bacolod City.
2015: We hired our 500th employee! A tangible milestone of our growing headcount of professional offshore talents.
2016: We welcomed our 1,000th team member! Doubling our workforce in a year shows the quality and professionalism of our teams and the continued trust of our clients.
2018: We rebranded to FGC+, with the tagline “Work Redefined. Business Unusual.” This aligned with our forward-thinking outsourcing model. The “plus” in our name represented “more” — a promise to always exceed expectations for our clients and partners.
2019: We launched our a third site in Buhangin, Davao City. The third service site in the Philippines further strengthened our operational capacity.
2020: The growth of our Bacolod team required our service center to relocate to a larger facility — Home Invest building. This relocation supported flexibility, scalability, and improved working environments for our team.
2020–2021: As businesses adapted during the global pandemic, FGC+ maintained uninterrupted client support through secure remote and hybrid work arrangements, backed by reliable infrastructure and a strong commitment to employee connection and well-being.
2022: Surviving the pandemic, and with a renewed focus on growth, we updated our tagline to “Igniting Possibility”. We embodied being a catalyst to open up new possibilities for our clients’ operations and our teams professional development.
2023: We earned the Great Place to Work™ Certification (February 2023–2024), which we consider a recognition of our commitment to employee experience and workplace culture.
2024: We produced a webinar series, to share industry insights to clients and attendees on the transformative power of outsourcing.
2024: We achieved ISO-27001 Certification and PCI DSS Compliance Certification, underscoring our dedication to maintaining the highest standards in data protection.
2026: We now support more than 118 clients and partners through outsourcing for business growth. Reflecting the strength of the relationships, people, and outsourcing solutions we’ve built over the years.

In our recent company town hall, our CEO Moshe led our Execom team in sharing updates — not just from an operations perspective, but also from a people and culture standpoint.
