Job Summary:
In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our valued donors—handling inquiries, coordinating appointments, managing follow-ups, and issuing tax-related documents. Your work will be key to ensuring a seamless and positive donor experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound inquiries related to donations, providing clear and helpful information
- Conduct proactive outreach to donors via phone, email, and SMS for updates and follow-ups
- Support donors by processing tax receipts, vacation vouchers, and profile updates
- Maintain accurate records of donor interactions and ensure timely follow-up
- Resolve issues or concerns promptly, escalating complex matters when necessary
- Stay informed on current company offerings, services, and procedures to provide accurate support
- Foster strong donor relationships through personalized, professional service
Education and Skill Requirements:
- College degree or some college education
- 1–2 years of experience in the BPO industry, ideally in a client service or sales role
- A proven track record of delivering excellent customer service
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Keen attention to detail and active listening abilities
- A flexible and adaptable mindset, with the ability to work on-site during graveyard shifts (night hours) as required
- A proactive, solution-driven approach to resolving issues
- Tech-savvy, with the ability to learn and navigate new systems quickly
