Job Summary:
The purpose of this role is to support customers by providing helpful information, answering questions, and responding to complaints. They’re the front line of support for clients and customers and they help ensure that customers are satisfied with products, services, and features.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Client by providing an excellent customer experience that contributes to high customer satisfaction.
- Act as the first line of response to each customer.
- Work with customers to resolve issues and assist in buying through multiple channels such as phone, email, and chat.
- Respond to all inquiries within timeline targets as provided by the supervisor.
- Communicate in an open and engaging tone with a focus on finding a solution for the customer.
- To undertake other duties commensurate with the grade as requested by the immediate superior.
Education and Skill Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role,preferably within the BPO industry.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with a professional and customer-focused approach.
- Strong multitasking abilities, capable of managing multiple customer interactions effectively and efficiently.
- Proficiency in using customer service tools and software, such as CRMs or ticketing systems.
- Problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle customer concerns and provide effective solutions on time.
