Placement Manager

Job Summary:

The Placement Manager is responsible for overseeing the assignment and coordination of therapists, psychologists, and parent training programs. This role involves ensuring efficient scheduling, compliance with company and regulatory requirements, and optimizing placement strategies. The Placement Manager will work closely with directors, onshore staff, and administrative teams while leading by example to maintain a productive and professional work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and assign cases to therapists and psychologists based on client needs and availability. 
  • Oversee parent training placements and ensure smooth scheduling via calls, emails, and video meetings. 
  • Supervise initial assessment reports and ensure timely submission.
  • Conduct meetings with onshore staff and collaborate closely with directors to align placement strategies with organizational goals.
  • Oversee onboarding and other administrative processes.
  • Utilize CentralReach and Viventium for scheduling, reporting, and payroll-related tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with requirements, track authorizations, and conduct audits.
  • Generate and review payroll-related reports to ensure accuracy.

Education and Skill Requirements:

  • Strong problem-solving skills, especially in handling compliance and audit requirements. 
  • Basic Excel proficiency for payroll and reporting tasks.
  • Experience with CentralReach and Viventium (preferred but not required).
  • Ability to work independently while fostering a collaborative team environment.
  • Strong communication skills to interact with staff, therapists, and clients effectively. Highly organized and systematic in approach to tasks.
  • Experience in payroll processing and authorization tracking is an advantage.
