Vic is a dynamic IT leader with over 30 years of experience, bringing a powerhouse combination of expertise and leadership. Holding a Doctorate in Business Administration, an MBA, a Master’s in Educational Management, and a BS in Computer Engineering, he has a proven track record of building and managing Centers of Excellence, Delivery Centers, and Contact Centers across APAC, Europe, and the U.S.
His deep knowledge spans Site Development, Technical & Volume Recruitment, Organizational Development, P&L Management, and Training Development — making him a key contributor to our culture of positivity, growth, and continuous learning.
Outside of work, Vic is an avid scuba diver, free diver, and badminton enthusiast. He is from Obrero, Davao City, Philippines, but currently lives in Manila with his wife and has three children studying overseas.
