With 15 years of experience working as a Quality Leader, Mark has been involved in leading implementation & process improvement projects for Travel & Hospitality and Telco accounts. He is fully committed to maintaining Training & Quality standards and providing business intelligence for KPI and financial deliverables. He values collaboration and continuous learning as well as developing future leaders. Mark also used to teach at a local university covering Business and Music and loves hiking with family, going trail biking, and plans to continue playing football until he is 60.
