Payer Tracking Coordinator

(Open for Filipino candidates or those residing in the Philippines only)

Job Description

  • Review census reports and ensure all newly admitted and readmitted patients
  • Review New Resident Information documents and ensure all payer information are accurate
  • Verify insurance eligibility
  • Review Eligibility Changes Reports and notify the facility and billers of any insurance enrollments
  • Review HMO Authorization letters and HMO Logs

Qualifications

  • Must be very comfortable working with numbers
  • Must have a deep understanding on US healthcare system preferred
  • Preferably has experience with a healthcare or medical insurance account
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Proficient with MS Office particularly Excel
