Operations Trainer

Job Description

Ensure that the onboarding of new campaigns and handling the ramp of existing accounts are catered for, the additional count of trainers will guarantee that we have enough staff to facilitate all the training classes.


  • At least 1 year in experience as a Trainer is preferred. Those with TL experience are also welcome to apply
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Knowledge with MS Office applications such as Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Demonstrate initiative and interest in self-development
  • Positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with interactive learning activities
  • Manages time efficiently
