Job Description

Make sure the claim denials and pending claims are thoroughly researched, and resources are exhausted to close these claims. Forward information gathered to onshore counterpart those that need immediate action. Inform counterpart immediately for no claims on file information. Conduct outbound/inbound calls and email to close and update claims.

Qualifications

  • Has call center experience for at least a month for inbound/outbound calls
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in managing client data
