The E-commerce Returns and Buyer Relations Specialist is responsible for handling returns processing, buyer messaging, feedback removals, contacting buyers for overdue orders, cancellations, compiling service metrics, reporting and following up on faulty returns, and addressing issues related to specific accounts and regions.
Experience with e-commerce platforms, such as eBay.
Familiarity with returns processing and buyer relations in an online retail setting is necessary/required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially in interacting with buyers and resolving issues.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.
Analytical skills to compile and interpret service metrics reports.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data compilation and reporting.
