Job Description
The chosen candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and effectiveness of the client’s online product listings across various channels. They will meticulously monitor customer reviews and feedback, promptly reporting any new developments to the client. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in e-commerce, specifically in the realms of listing optimization and advertising. They will leverage their skills to enhance their online presence, ensuring that product listings are compelling, up-to-date, and engaging to potential customers.
Job Scope
- Manage the entire Amazon platform, listings, reviews, PPC, and solve any upcoming issue.
- Expand to other platforms and manage it, Walmart, Chewy etc.
- Stock & Logistics to the platforms fulfillment centers (FBA, Walmart, our warehouse)
- Login to our 3PL and make outbound to Amazon.
- Manage our Shopify platforms.
Qualifications

At least 3-year proven experience in product research, market analysis, or e-commerce product management.

In-depth knowledge of e-commerce platforms and marketplace dynamics, specifically Amazon, eBay, and Walmart.

Proficient in using market research tools, data analysis software, and e-commerce platforms.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Familiarity with SEO practices and content optimization for e-commerce is a plus.

Knowledge of consumer behavior and product lifecycle management is preferred.
