Delivery Route Planner

Job Description

Responsible for managing and optimizing the routing processes within the organization. The primary objective will be to ensure efficient and effective routing of resources, such as calls or tasks, to the appropriate individuals or teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proven experience as a Routing Specialist or in a similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of routing principles, protocols, and technologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • Certifications in routing technologies or relevant areas will be considered a plus.
