Case Manager Assistant

Job Summary

To call patients who already had Nursing visits and see how the services went or to make sure the nurses did visit, to inform patients to expect Therapy visits and let them know what services we are providing, and call these patients after the physical therapy evaluation to make sure how this is going and to let them know how often they should expect the therapist.

Assist Case Managers in coordinating and providing care that is safe, timely, effective, efficient, equitable, and client-centered. Handling case assignments, drafting service plans, reviewing case progress, and determining case closure. Helping clients achieve wellness and autonomy.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 6 months to 1 year related work experience
  • Previous HMO/insurance-related work experience is an advantage
  • Ideal to have at least 6 months experience in the medical billing/healthcare industry
  • Professional and excellent English communication skills, phone manners, and writing skills
  • Strong attention to detail and resourceful
  • Basic computer knowledge, word, emails, excel
  • Uphold high ethical standards and moral behavior outlined in the company’s Code of Conduct
