Social Media Specialist

Job Summary:

We are on the lookout for a Social Media Specialist to join our team and support our client in the healthcare industry. Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and Manage Content  
  • Write and publish high-quality blog content that aligns with brand voice and objectives. 
  • Create engaging TikTok videos and manage Instagram and Facebook posts with provided media.  
  • Curate and review user-generated content to maintain a consistent brand message.  
  • Develop and Implement Social Media Strategy  
  • Develop and execute a social media strategy to boost online presence.  
  • Track and analyze social metrics to refine strategies and boost audience engagement. 
  • Monitor industry trends to keep the strategy relevant and effective. 
  • Engage with the Audience  
  • Respond promptly to direct messages and comments across social media platforms. 
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any complaints or feedback.  
  • Engage with followers to build a loyal online community and enhance brand loyalty. 

Education and Minimum Skill Requirements:

  • Ability to work onsite. 
  • At least 1 year of experience in social media management, content creation, or a similar role. 
  • Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) and content creation tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite. 
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills for developing and refining social media strategies. 
  • Creativity in content creation with a focus on maintaining consistent brand messaging. 
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong customer service orientation. 
  • Ability to analyze social media metrics and adapt strategies accordingly. 
  • Adaptability and a proactive approach to handling social media trends and challenges. 
  • Passion for social media and a drive for personal and professional growth. 
  • Experience in digital marketing is a plus. 
  • Familiarity with healthcare concepts and regulations is a plus.
