Reports Analyst Manager

Job Summary:

The Reports Analyst Manager is responsible for leading a team of analysts in the development, implementation, and management of data reporting systems and processes. The Reports Analyst Manager ensures data accuracy, relevance, and timely delivery while collaborating with various departments to meet organizational reporting needs and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creates an electronic database for storing large quantities of data.
  • Prepares transparent standard reports.
  • Does analysis to support business needs.
  • Creates custom reporting software.
  • Shares finding with various company departments.
  • Documents business requirements to depict user needs with complimentary technical requirements.
  • Assigns tasks and projects to corresponding Reports Analysts.
  • Coaches Reports Analysts to improve performance and quality of work

Education and Minimum Skill Requirements:

  • Manager experience
  • Leadership management- grow, coach, empower team
  • more concerned with reporting instead of WHM aspects
  • experience with Power BI or SQL or MS power automate
  • experience with executive and operational dashboards
  • creating dashboards through power BI, or in excel creating charts and graphs analysis
  • VBA coding and macros is just a preference
