The purpose of this role is to support any technical concerns from the client’s shipping department. In general, you’ll need to understand all applications used by the shipping team, which includes third-party apps. Specifically, you’ll identify possible issues and address them by providing recommendations and solutions to the end-user or stakeholder. For issues needing review – tickets have to be created for developers to be checked and fixed. It may also include sending EOD reports, conducting research and analysis, providing effective troubleshooting and be able to do beta testing for system updates/releases.
