Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Procurement Support Specialist to assist our procurement team in purchasing medications for buy & bill patients. The successful candidate will ensure the timely arrival of shipments, troubleshoot delays or lost packages, and support various tasks related to inventory, price updates, and data entry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the procurement team by purchasing medications for buy & bill patients.
- Ensure the prompt and accurate arrival of all shipments.
- Troubleshoot any delayed or lost packages and take appropriate action.
- Complete necessary forms and rosters when adding a new shipment to a location.
- Assist with price updates and inventory checks to ensure accuracy.
- Support the implementation team with data entry tasks as required.
Education and Skill Requirements:
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to shipments and orders.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
- Familiarity with inventory management and procurement processes is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently.
