Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Patient Intake Coordinator to manage intake and revenue processes in a healthcare setting. In this role, you will be responsible for processing new admissions, managing financial data, reconciling accounts, and resolving discrepancies. You will also maintain the Resident Funds Management System (RFMS) and assist with general accounting tasks. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this position. Key Responsibilities:
- Documents all new patients lead on CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software.
- Completes PointClickCare demographics.
- Maintains statistics for monthly Resident Flow Analysis.
- Processes both primary and secondary financials for new admissions.
- Open authorizations.
Education and Minimum Skill Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or a medical background (preferred).
- At least 2 years of general accounting experience (required).
- Strong understanding of general accounting procedures (required).
- Professional integrity and confidentiality.
- Strong organizational and prioritization abilities.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong information management and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to analyze issues and provide effective solutions.
- Team player with a collaborative attitude.
