Job Description

– Responsible for managing the call log of the interdisciplinary healthcare staff of the adult daycare division.
– Ensure that all healthcare staff are able to get ahold of their respective patients to complete their questionnaire each day. This will include making after hours calls to patients and conferencing them in with their respective healthcare worker to complete the questionnaire.
– Follow up interaction may include phone calls, text messages, video calls.
– Manage the filing of the completed questionnaires and notes from healthcare workers via the patient chart in Google Docs.
– Responsible for redistributing patient calls to other staff if one of the healthcare staff is out sick.
– Assisting in meal orders and coordination of meal drop off times for those patients receiving meal delivery service.
– to undertake other duties commensurate with the grade as requested by the immediate superior.


– Must be fluent in English (impeccable grammar and easily understood over the phone) Personable, sharp, technically savvy when it comes to testing funnels (these are the main source for leads and sales for the company to ensuring they work properly is paramount)
– Strong attention to detail
– Computer literate & familiar with Google Docs & MS Office (Microsoft Excel and Office experience is preferred)
– Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
– Meticulous, strong attention to detail, passion for the work that they are doing.
