Lead Generation Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and nurturing potential leads through various channels to drive new business opportunities. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to implement strategies that generate qualified leads and support the overall growth of the company.

The ideal candidate should have strong research skills, be proficient in using CRM systems, and possess excellent communication abilities. You will be responsible for tracking, analyzing, and optimizing lead generation efforts to ensure maximum effectiveness and return on investment (ROI).

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify, qualify, and cultivate sales opportunities through a blend of outbound, inbound, and email techniques
  2. Conduct research on companies as a component of lead generation and qualification activities utilizing resources such as the Prospect Database Platform, Internet, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Intent tools
  3. Build auto nurture and follow-up email campaigns in CRM
  4. Gather key information to update client account records and assign nurture path strategy
  5. Transform leads to sales opportunities by cultivating and educating key decision makers and prospective partners as they move through the sales cycle
  6. Accurately and confidently convey FGC+ solutions to prospective business partners as strategic options to improve their business operations
  7. Qualify and nurture leads until they are ready to progress in the sales cycle
  8. Schedule discovery calls between Sales and potential customers

Education and Minimum Skill Requirements:

  • 2+ years experience in a B2B lead generation or sales development role with a minimum of 1 year of sales appointment booking experience
  • BPO experience and industry knowledge
  • Experience prospecting US companies in English
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with US business vernacular
  • Strong business acumen to include:
