Key Responsibilities:
- Payroll Processing: Manage end-to-end payroll activities, including calculating wages, processing deductions, and ensuring compliance with legal and company policies.
- HR Records Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal data, employment history, and compensation details.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations, as well as company policies related to HR and payroll.
- Employee Support: Address payroll-related inquiries and issues from employees, providing clear and timely resolutions.
- HR Operations: Support various HR functions, including benefits administration, employee onboarding, and record-keeping.
- Reporting: Generate and review payroll reports, audits, and related documentation, ensuring accuracy and identifying areas for improvement.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to payroll processes and HR operations to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience in payroll processing and HR operations, with a solid understanding of payroll systems and HR best practices.
- Must have an excellent English communication skills.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in HR software and payroll systems.
- Demonstrate an ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
- Willing to work night shifts and on-site
Nice to have but not required:
- Experience in using a payroll system, particularly Brants.
- Experience with an HRIS or ERP system.
- Familiarity with relevant US labor laws and regulations, and experience in maintaining compliance.
