Job Summary:
The Medical Biller handles the administrative tasks of billing insurance and processing payments for patients. They also interact with patients regarding outstanding amounts, and collection on behalf of he provider institution.The work involves voice, data entry, and open communication with onshore Supervisors/Managers/Clients, and facilities point of person.
Qualifications:
- College graduate/level
- Previous BPO experience for at least 6 months with a strong background in Medical Billing process
- Computer literate
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Exemplary written and verbal communication skills
