Healthcare Customer Sucess Coordinator
✓ Obtains detailed assignment information from customers and adds them to the customer resource management tool.
✓ Make calls to providers and facilities to build long term relationships and figure out what challenges they have and work towards solving them.
✓ Manage assigned facility accounts and ensure their needs are properly addressed.
✓ Schedule/Coordinate client care staff according to clinical staff competence by assigning qualified staff to clients appropriately.
✓ Managing daily, weekly, and monthly client orders.
