Job Description

– Support the client by providing an excellent customer experience that contributes to a high level of customer satisfaction.
– Act as the first line of response to each customer.
– Work with customers to resolve issues and assist in the buying process through multiple channels such as phone, email, and chat.
– Respond to all inquiries within timeline targets as provided by the supervisor.
– Communicate in an open and engaging tone with a focus on finding a solution for the customer.
– To undertake other duties commensurate with the grade as requested by the immediate superior.

Qualifications

– Bachelor’s Degree
– Good English communication skills (written and verbal)
– Detail-oriented, organized, and can multitask
– 6 months to 1 year CSR experience
– Shipping/Logistics experience is a PLUS
